i made a playlist of all my favourite favourite elliott smith songs for the 10th anniversary of his death. it's all sorts of mixed emotions. a friend died in a car accident the day after elliott smith killed himself. i felt just as bad for elliott smith dying as i did for my actual friend dying. i've never told anyone that before because i think maybe it makes me sort of an awful person.
i guess i am a bit emotionally stunted like that.
